Då var det dax för Mr.T att flytta.
Han har bott i denna i lägenhet i 2år nu.
Jag kommer nu att måla om hela lägenheten så att den blir fräsh och najs.
Byggde Balkong förra sommaren, det blev kanon.
Tänkte eventuellet sälja den i sommar.
Men får se hur det blir med det..
Får välkommna Miss.H som ska flytta in i lägenheten !!
Jag har starka band till denna lägenheten, hade gärna bott där själv men jag får inte plats med alla mina Möbler..
Oj ja just det. jag hyr ju ut denna möblerad.

Kan vara bra med två uppsättningar av allt.. hehe.

One of My Apartments; Transformation !
Transformation !!!
In September 2008 I bought this Apartment and decided to restore it.
I took help whit my dear friend Kristian and we started.
We did this work in 3weeks, working 10-13hours per day !!!
Here is some pictures of the transformation of OLD to a NEW designed Apartment !
I love design and this is something I really want to do more of !

Lägenhet Säljes !! Nya Bilder!!!
Nu säljer jag en av mina lägenheter i Stockholm:

One of my Apartments
From nothing to something !
This is my Studio Apartment, 38kvm located on Kungsholmen in down town Stockholm.
Me and my friend Kristian worked whit thisone for 12hours/day during 3weeks to get it ready.
The wall closing of the old kitchen was removed and a new smaller small was built around the bedroom, but not all the way up to the roof. Giving the Apartment so much more ”space”..
Well this is some pictures of the transformation !! One more thing, there is currently beeing built a balcony overlooking the Park outside.. !

The current lease is about for renewal 1 of September 2009.
