I have never used my stereo on full capacity, my Base ”subwoofer” has been disconnected these past 2 years.
I’m going to show my naibors a Party they Never going to forget!

It’s time! Time for a change:)
This is something that I really like, the unpredictable future. I have done this many times now. I’m getting rid of my living space without having a new place to live at!

I arrive around the 22-23march to Stockholm, Sweden. Then I got until the 31th to have cleared my place. There is a Shurgard storage just around the corner, think I store all my furniture there:)

Since I moved to Stockholm in August 2007. I have lived at Kungsholmen (fredhäll) , Söder (close to liljeholmen) and now Vasastan.

In 2010 I actually had all three apartments at the same time! Hahaha..
I was renting out two of them and lived in a rented 100kvm new build flat close to liljeholmen.

I haven’t been in Sweden that much the past 4.5years that I been living here. But I love our summers;)

This summer is going to be crazy :) I have requested to be free during 15weeks in a row. Meaning almost 4 months. Wow. That would be Amazing!!
I think I’m starting to appreciate my free time more and more. Well I have always loved my free time. I think I’m learning to accept that I don’t need all that money I get for my usual 6months of work per year.
Last year I only worked 5months:) Lovely !!
This year will be even less;)

Many people ask me What will you do? Where will you live?
In September 2010, after I moved from my 100kvm rental. I stayed at a Hotel for a few weeks. It’s a little unpersonal but it worked.
This sommer I wish to find a nice place close to Djurgården. Then I could have my boat very close:)
But almost all apartments that is out for rental looks like crap. I like minimalistic style. Not old boring design. And this is very hard to find over there..

Let’s see what the future beholds ;)

I’m selling my Apartment in Stockholm. It’s time to move on.
One of My Passions is to Restore Apartments and this was not an exception ;)
I made all the design of this apartment but hired people to do the restoration.

At first I had some other plans but I think it turned out pretty good :D
It’s a 62,5kvm Apartment, built in 1905 with High sealing and really big windows..

My Project before this was a Small 35kvm Apartment in Fredhäll, Kungsholmen, Stockholm
This was sold in September 2010 for 2 200 000:- Swedish
Breaking a RECORD of a price per kvm meter in that Area (Fredhäll) :D

Design was done my Me. Remodeling was also done by Me and a dear friend.
It took us 3weeks to completely restore this Apartment !
Working 12hours days:D

Video from January 2010

I bought this in May 2008, restored it and in August 2008 a Swizz couple moved in.. They stayed here until I moved in, January 2010 was the time. I had just been traveling for 7months, living only in my bags :D

But now, I have a home again…

I’m not happy with the design, and want to do some modifications. I have already fixed the fire place and the floors has been changed to white color.

The furniture on the pictures in not mine, staged just after the restoration ! I really regret that I don’t have any pictures before the restoration.. :(

It’s time to go home !!!
But first 2 weeks in Thailand ;) hehe

I’m looking at tickets home at around the 3-4th of march..
Should have a House Party that weekend, could be fun !!!

It’s going to be Great to go home and ”Recharge” my batteries !!

Sometimes I miss My Apartment in Stockholm, BUT only sometimes ;)
I love traveling ! and I could not see myself stuck in one place for a longer time !!
Especially if it get’s cold and dark as the Swedish winter !!

Why do I not moved?
Because I love Stockholm and LOVE spending the summers in Scandinavia !!!

Yet, sometimes I do miss my apartment..
My Bed, my sofa and to just sit and relax in my HOME !!
I tried for many years to just live in my bags but I need a BASE, a place to call home..
So that’s why I’m keeping this apartment…

Right now, I would love to be hungover in my flat…
Getting dressed in my cozy Lexington outfit and to just relax in my sofa watching movies !!
Lightning the fire place and enjoy a glass of red wine !

Right now I’m thinking about if I should go home to Sweden during my next 4 week’s OFF..
I’m free from work between 16th of Feb to 16th of March..

Where should I go: Thailand ?, Stay in Australia ?, US ?, Mexico ?, South Africa ?.. Hmmm
It’s not easy always…
Or go to Sweden, and Enjoy a week of Snowboarding !!
