I did my first Lipo 17th October 2010..
I did my second Lipo the 10th of March 2011.
WHY did I do this??
Beacuse I’m a stong beliver that we should try out everything in Life !!!

I have booked an appointment’s to see my Plastic-surgeon !!!

Time for ONE more >Liposuction !!!

For You Who did not know, I did my first Liposuction 19th October 2010.. WHY?? You can read about all my Related entries the past year HERE .

Later I did my second operation the 10th of March 2011, a few hours before a Monday Bar Cruise.. I woke up from my anesthesia at around 1400. They wanted to keep me over the night, as they did the first time. BUT I said that I wanted to go home.. Hahaha.. 4 hours later; I was onboard the Monday Bar ship Dancing my Ass off !!

The reason I did it TWO times and now a Possible THIRD is because I’m not happy with the result! Normally, they don’t take to much the first time. Due to afraid of taking to much and then create scar tissue. Scar tissue can show as uneven (bumps) on the skin. NOW 6months after the second operation, I’m still not 100% happy with the result. So this is why I’m going back..

The crazy thing is; It takes 5-6months for the body to heal after a Liposuction !!

Today is 10 Days after my Liposuction !

My lower area on the front of my stomach was VERY swollen after past weekend. It has gone down quite a lot the last 7days..

I think the swelling was because I did NOT take it easy after the operation. I was supposed to rest and not move to much, instead i went to a 24hour Party / Techno Cruise just 4hours after I woke up from the surgery.

Probably not the best idea ever, But it was fun and I’m resting now :D

I have to wear a girdle for 4 weeks and cant really train anything hard for 4 weeks also. I will start with morning walks any day soon. Otherwise I’m going to go crazy here on the ship. I get bored very quick if I cant train.

I have a time at 11 o’clock am at the doctors..

Time to get Anesthesia…

So I been preparing for that…
First I need to replace all my bed sheets, and I have to clean myself with a special antiseptic soap. That should be done now before going to bed and when I wake up :D
I can only use a new washed towel to dry,myself :D
All this to minimize the risk of having any bacteria on the body before the operation :D

Today has been a busy day!

It started with a meeting at my plastic surgeon at 11am.
He scheduled me for a operation on Thursday!
I the middle of October I did a liposuction, the final results appears after 5-6months.
So after the first operation, it’s now time to do the things that they missed!
They don’t want to suck to deep during the first operation due to the possibility to take to much and make the area uneven!
I had to cancel the course I had in Norway and are still in Stockholm!!
We was a 7 people crowd spending the afternoon And evening here. Eating, drinking and socializing!
Always fun with people around!
I also returned the BMW rental, got my apartment cleaned by my cleaners, left some items to the dry-cleaning.
I was planning to do some laundry but I need to do that tomorrow. No time today!!!
I’m still tiered after this crazy weekend!!
Or ALL the crazy days after I got off my shift!!
